If received items don't meet your expectations you can return them within 30 days without specifying a reason.
Before sending back the goods you should contact our customer support service. We will inform you what documents are necessary for a fast return and refund. We treat each return case individually, and we do our best to keep our clients satisfied during and after this process.
Any complaints connected with damages or defects of the delivered parcel will be admitted only when a client presents a damage report, which should be drawn immediately after the collection of the delivery, in a courier's presence.
A customer sends the item back at his own expense and covers the costs of the delivery, if the item is consistent with the description and corresponds to a purchased one. In all other cases we cover the return and delivery costs.
Once an agreement on the return conditions is reached, both sides calculate services and eventual profit. We don't demand compensation for damaged items if the damage occurred by means of proper usage.
